Preorder Terms & Conditions

1. Estimated Shipping Date: Please note that this is a preorder item. We expect to ship this product within 10 Days of preorder. While we make every effort to meet this deadline, production delays can occur. We will keep you updated via email if there are any changes.

2. Payment: Your payment method will be charged when the order is fulfilled.

3. Order Cancellations: You may cancel your preorder for a full refund at any time before the item has shipped. Please contact us at sales@lumiri.studio with your order number.

4. Mixed Orders (In-Stock + Preorder): If your order contains both in-stock items and preorder items we will ship in-stock items immediately, and the preorder item will ship separately when available. (Note: This may incur additional shipping fees).
