We Offer Easy Returns!
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- unused and undamaged.
- In the original packaging with tags.
- Accompanied by the proof of purchase.
How to Start:
To begin, please contact us at support@lumiri.studio. If your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and all the necessary instructions. (P.S. Please wait for our label before shipping anything back!)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
Received a damaged or wrong product? Don't worry, we're here to help!
- Contact us at support@lumiri.studio within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Please include your order number and attach clear photos of the packaging and the product's damage/defect.
- Once our team has reviewed the evidence, we'll be in touch to offer a replacement (based on stock availability), a refund, or store credit.
Any refund we approve will be returned to your original method of payment. We may require the faulty unit to be returned before processing your final resolution.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
